WeighToGo is a 6-week healthy lifestyle course and is based on the latest scientific evidence to support you to lose weight.
It aims to help you to learn about eating well, food labelling, fats and sugars, unhealthy eating triggers and how to choose healthy options when eating out.
Available online or in-person, WeighToGo is designed to be flexible to fit around your lifestyle and commitments.
