Health Trainer

My role includes providing realistic lifestyle changes that are tailored to individual's needs. This can involve making changes to diet, physical activity levels and managing any alcohol consumption. 

What I find best about my job is seeing people become happy and more focused on their health when they achieve their goals. 

My favourite takeaway meal has to be a pizza - lots of flavours and possibilities!


My favourite physical activity would have to be walks along the beach with my two boxer dogs. I love to see the change of seasons and the expressions on my dogs when they see the water. 

My favourite place would have to be Blyth beach as it can be a lovely walk and at the end of it, I could always go for an ice cream if the weather permits!
