Health Trainer

My role involves supporting people on their journey to reach their personal health and wellbeing goals! I do this by providing advice around making realistic lifestyle changes to help individuals become the best version of themselves. I find the role very rewarding and love meeting new people each day. 


My favourite physical activity has to be running! I was a swimmer for years but have definitely been converted. 


My favourite area of Northumberland to visit is Newbiggin-by-the-Sea because I love the parkrun there! But anywhere near the sea makes me happy.
